We offer free delivery across Europe on all orders.
Our products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers, which allows us to offer unique items at competitive prices.

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where available).

|Please note: During holidays or high-demand periods, processing and delivery times may take a little longer.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem

After reviewing your case, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement product (if available), or

  • A refund — no physical return required

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong color/size, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we currently cannot accept physical returns to a warehouse.

  • Refunds are processed using your original payment method once approved.
